南京大学博士/教授,博士生导师

获国家杰出青年基金国家海外高层次人才计划(青年项目)、江苏省“双创个人及团队”计划和江苏省杰出青年基金等人才项目资助。担任法国国家科学研究院终身职位研究员(CNRS-CR2),英国物理协会IOPNanotechnology》编委,国际非晶/纳米晶薄膜半导体会议(ICANS)国际常驻顾问委员会委员。


1. 2001年,毕业于南京大学,获得物理学学士学位;
2. 2001-02年,团中央第三届研究生青年志愿者支教团(赴宁夏隆德县支教);
3. 2007年,获得南京大学固体电子与微电子学博士学位;
4. 2007-09年,法国巴黎综合理工Ecole Polytechnique/LPICM进行博士后研究工作;
5. 2009年入职法国国家科学研究院(CNRS) 终身职位研究员(CR2)/助理教授;
6. 2013年,通过中组部“青年计划”,入职南京大学电子科学与工程学院

在纳米线生长控制领域的一系列原创性工作,以第一或通讯作者在Physical Review Letters, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Energy, Small等国际一流学术期刊上发表论文百余篇,学术论著3篇。相关成果多次被学术新闻媒体Phys.org, SPIE Newsroom, APS Physics Focus 和Nature Materials Highlights 报道。参加国际会议100余次,其中邀请报告20余次。申请和获得国际PCT发明授权专利3项和国内发明专利18项。承担和参与多项自然科学基金、973专项和省自然科学基金,以及多项企业产学研转化专项。长期为Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Nano Energy, Advanced Energy/Functional/Electronic Materials, Applied Physics Letter,Progress in Photovoltaics, Nanotechnology, IEEE Trans.等国际期刊审稿服务。现担任《Nanotechnology》编委。
